that sucks that he hasnt sent. I know how your feeling about the dispute. Have been dealing with a dispute since I bought the Item from EBAY back 3/31. Now I have like 4 more days till a decision is made. Trust me If he doesnt answer the emails that paypal sends out they will award your money back. Make sure you have escalated it to a claim to make things go quicker. It takes up to 10 days once its a claim.

I won the dispute obviously, but he drained his Paypal account ahead of time leaving me with $1.95. I lost about $128. Just to let other buyers beware of this guy if he ever shows up again.

You should have contacted paypal and had them fix it. They protect their sellers up to $10000. I had people empty their account and then they gave me the money.

yea paypal always hooked me up in disputes no questions asked... that seems odd
