Not sure if this is bryopsis or green hair. The algae itself is kind of thick. I was going to just remove this rock from the display completely but it has a Miami hurricane chalice on it and not sure how to get it off. Any help would be appreciated.

Tough call from the pics.

My best advise is if it has feathery ends, it's bryopsis. If it is more smooth , like thin blades of grass, it hairy algae.
