GHL IOS app worked yesterday, today it doesn’t...Grrrr.

Last night, I logged into my Profilx 4 to check things. IOS app worked fine. Went to bed.. Got up in the morning and went to access my Profilux and it doesn’t connect.

The same app is on my Iphone and still works just fine with all the same connection settings.

I restarted my Ipad.. still didn’t fix it. Looking for any ideas on fixing this.

Ipad connects to everything else that it normally is used for without problems.

Did you try through MYGHL website also? Is that having an issue connecting?

I lost mine on my iphone earlier this week, still worked on my ipad. But would attempt to connect and would not find the profilux.

randomly decided to check on it while at work and connected again, did nothing to correct, one day didnt work next day did. Was very odd.

Did you try through MYGHL website also? Is that having an issue connecting?

I actually have the ability to connect on my Ipad via My GHL or Local. The My GHL works. The Local doesn't.

I also restarted the Profilux and it didn't matter.

Have you checked the connection settings to see if the IP address of the P4 was still correct?
How about deleting the device connection in the app and re-adding it?

The IP address is assigned permanently. Also like I said. My Iphone still connects just fine. Also checked 2 PC computers and they connect to it as well. It’s just a problem with my Ipad not connecting to it.

I might just remove the app and reinstall.. I hate to.. as it was no fun setting it up originally.

I fixed it.. It had nothing to do with the GHL profilux. I have two wireless routers and my tablet switched to a router that wasn’t set up to allow the tablet to connect to the profilux.

Mine always connects but WHen i go to switch channels about 50% of the time it crashes and says report or restart... im tired of that error.

If you have not created a ticket on the app crash make sure you do this will help them identify the issue and fix it.

I did a reboot and it connected straight away. It would be nice if there was a section on the ghl website that lets us know if they are having outages.
