So why is his paypal account still active? I don't understand that.

I have no idea. One of the other people that got scammed called PayPal and they told her that they were going to lock his account.
He has had so many claims filed against him through PayPal this last month and a half I would find it hard to believe that they reopened his account. $1000's of dollars have been refunded by PayPal because of this lier.

I contacted him about his mp40's he had.. At first he said he had 2 on his thread.. and then listed 1 as sold, I told him I wasnt interested anymore as I was wanting both, and than he tried to tell me that he had 3... dude is a scammer, and the mods should ban this dude from the site... He's done enough scamming o here, time to cut that off.
