For all of you with bare bottom tanks, I've got a question. I have a sandbox in my bare bottom frag tank for my wrasses and occasionally, I'll get little piles of sand on my bare bottom tank, I've tried siphoning it out with a gravel vac but the sand has a hard time actually draining out through the siphon. I've tried this turkey baster but it's not too efficient. Anyone know of any gravel vacs that will actually pick up the sand on my bare bottom tank?

As said above just use the tube. I use 1/2 tubing to syphon when vacuuming my tanks (all are bare bottom).
