Growth on two of my snails.

Over the past couple weeks, two of my snails have had come shaped growths on their shells. One has two and the other has one.

Doesnt seem to bother them, and the haven't gotten any bigger lately. Anything to be concerned about?

Vermetid snails, highly reccomended to remove them by scraping them off and throwing them away. Pretty invasive and can irritate corals. It is a pest.

That's it? Just scrape them of shells? Will they pop up anywhere else in my tank?
