A form of hair algae. Is tank at or near a window?
Monitor phosphates. Are you using RO or tap water ?
Step up on your cleaning crew. Add 4 turbo, astrea, trochus and nerite snails and about 10 blue leg hermit crabs

awfully clean indicating tank fairly new yet. Reduce white light intensity and total light to 10 hrs/day for about 10 days

Thank you for your time and help,
hey man, looks like what ive had and still have, thought it was dusty hairy rocks, but mines i believe is to be hydroids.

yours looks green, so it could be algae but, upon a close inspection you may discover hydroids. i had to use a magnifying glass to see it properly.

still havent got rid of them , despite lowering broad distribution feeding ( reef roids ).

Sorry to hear that, how did you accumulate that much po4. I use refugium and biopellets, my phos is in control now, gfo once in a blue moon. Makes things more stable, also I have prot skimmer. Maybe don't feed too much?

The white light grid that you have on the bottom of your aquarium will trap food and poop. That will give you problems.
Good luck!
