I bought the white reefer stand but they could have at least made the inside white too. I can't stand when companies cut corners. Luckily I haven’t assembled it yet so I can go ahead and paint it first.

I painted my bowfront stand white inside and out. So much easier to see inside to work on things.

After building my stand i used Rustoleum Gloss White appliance Epoxy paint on the inside of my stand. Almost 3 years later and the paint is still in perfect condition. First I primed the bare wood, then caulked and applied two coats of paint

Thanks, I will pick some up at home depot. Did you use the can or spray paint? What primer did you use?

Here was what I painted the bowfront stand with.

I have an XXL inbound and am thinking of doing the same... did you ever end up painting yours? If you painted yours, can you offer any tech tips or insight? Rough the surface and/or prime? How’s it holding up?

I read your build thread, but wasn’t paying attention to see if you painted it. Time to reread your thread (which was enjoyable the first time and I sure will be fruitful the second time).
