Help ID mystery sump pests.

I think I have two pests here one being the white algae looking stuff the other being the little snail shaped things. They are both growing in the slow part of my sump. They could be the same thing I guess based on the color. Idk. Neither move. The snail looking things are fixed to the glass on one side but have a snail almost feather duster on the other.

Looks like sponges and (probably - I can't tell for sure from the pics) pineapple sponges - harmless filter feeders.

Agree with @ISpeakForTheSeas look like pineapples sponges.
