Let me know what you think. It's kind of a clear jelly with some tubes that will retract when I poke them with some tweezers. I think there is more of it in my sump but this is on the rock in the display. I believe it is also spreading, originally I thought it was old CA glue from a frag or something but it's growing.

These are tunicates and are filter feeders and while harmless can spread across tank in time

Any tips on removal. They are spreading for sure.
you can press with thumb and try to peel off or use a dental pick or similar tool and slowly pull up.
Last option is to inject vinegar into it and it will shrink and shrivel up and then pull off and discard
