Does it have long flowy polyps that extend at night/day?

If so it's a Cup Coral.

Does it look like this at night?

I bought a piece of Live Rock from Tampa Bay Saltwater...and it came with this type of Cup Coral.

Polyps are short. They extend at night. Corallites are approximately 1.5-2 mm across. Growing slowly.

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
