I got a new yellow tang while he was in quarantine he started scratching and darting so I started Hypo 2 weeks ago. Since starting hyop he has developed some redness around his face. He is still scratching after having him in hypo, not sure what to do about scratching & readiness, any suggestions?

If your not seeing any relief in hypo after two weeks I would slowly bring your levels back up and consider copper or quinine sulphate

I my give the copper a try, what is the redness on his face? Bacterial infection?

That looks like Uronema Marinum. I'm no expert, but I do not believe copper will treat it. As it is an opportunistic protozoan, Quinine Sulfate may work. I believe the standard treatment is the same as treating Brook using formalin baths.

Thanks for the link, Uronema Marinum does not seem to fit the symptoms for the fish. The only symptom is the redness, the scratching seems to have subsided. The fish does not seem to have any excess mucus raised scales or any of the other symptoms. I am leaning more toward HULE maybe.
