The geismann bulbs are great, I'm not sure about the other bulb you mentioned but brightness to price ratio ATI make awesome bulbs from what I hear.

Basically from my limited expierience ATI is the most bang for the buck and the bulbs have deeper brother color.

Go with ATI, best bulb and cheaper than geismann
