Anemone , would need a better pic but looks like the dreaded Glass Aiptasia,
There are other wild sea grass anemones and others it might be. Need a better pic. Where did you get your LR from?

There are other wild sea grass anemones and others it might be. Need a better pic. Where did you get your LR from?
I got live rock from the lfs. It was only in the tank a few weeks. The majority of the rock is dry.

That’s what it looks like so that makes that probably the dreaded glass anemone Aiptasia

When threaten they reproduce and if it tears a bit, the torn piece will grow back
