Well,
After introducing myself I’ve noticed this community is very warm welcoming. Not going to lie.... I got this tank off FB marketplace for $500- including tank, stand, heater, wave pump, lid, and rock. It seemed to jump at us- a 125 gallon?! Man that seemed like a deal.

We went to our LFS that specialized in Saltwater and reptiles and started looking for what else we needed. They had a few of the things we needed used, but in perfect condition so we got them at an extremely discounted price.

I honestly have no idea what a lot of what we got is, brand wise- but I know some important things!
3 Kessil A80s (we got used, but in perfect condition, possibly trading up when or if we ever want hard coral)
Heater
Wifi Pump
Wave oump
ATO with 7 gallon Reserve
Protein skimmer
Live sand, a slightly used filter, already cycled items- as well as a jump start with our water. I do NOT trust our podunk towns tap water.
I watched our cycle go quite quickly and I had to keep double checking.

The day we got it (ignore the mess- recognize the murky!)

As of today, 2 clowns were added. A snowflake ocellaris and a black and white ocellaris- both of which are seeming to favor a return and corner of the tank...
