How to add a Carbondoser to my Apex 2016 Controller

I'm adding a carbondoser to my apex 2016. Can someone walk me through how to set it up on my controller? I want to use it to control the PH in my calcium reactor.

I might be making it too simple but if you plug the doser into a outlet
And then in the outlet something like
If PH < 7.6 THEN ON
If PH > 8.2 THEN OFF
