A UV sterilizer will usually do the trick. I would also take steps to figure out the root cause of your bacterial bloom- they usually don't last two weeks without some type of input.

I picked up a cheap uv light bar I tossed in my filter for about $15. It does a great job of keeping those and algal blooms at bay.

Definitely want to get some outside air going or break the surface a lot with powerheads. Not for pH- for oxygen that the bacterial bloom is using up.

What is your ammonia?

How old is the tank?

What is your ammonia? 0.000

How old is the tank? 6 months

Just normal hydrogen peroxide from drug store use a syringe and inject 2ml right in front of return pump or air intake on skimmer if you run a skimmer.
