Need some help to know exactly what are the possible causes of STN? Thanks

Look at Salinity, pH, Calcium and Alkalinity levels.

In fact, a complete testing of all your water parameters and posting them here will allow us to provide more targeted recommendations.

Hi Henry and Welcome! Glad you joined. Sorry it sounds like you are having some problems. Posts earlier within this thread have some suggestions, and I'll defer to them on STN.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

This might help you find people local to you, if you are inside USA:

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:

Welcome to R2R! I doubt anyone can answer your post as stated. There are many causes of tissue necrosis. Some we know, some we don't. Start by posting your parameters and maybe a white-light photo of the affected colony(ies) and maybe even a full tank shot so that people have someplace to start to help you. Also it would be helpful if you mentioned what species has the STN, when it started and what you have tried.
