this is designed to be funny and my wife thought it was the funniest thing ever. I’m sure the fish will be fine lol…
So, in my pantry I have a fancy black “fish tank stuff” box that holds all the stuff for the tank. The daily stuff, the monthly stuff, and the stuff I bought once that I may need again in a few years.
well some how the hamburger seasoning made it to the bucket.
I feed my fish two cubes of frozen shrimp, and two shakes of dry pellets to feed the bottom dwellers and who ever wants a piece of variety. Well today I did two shakes and realized, Huh, this sure looks different than every other day. And that’s when I realized my fish just ate some premium, top of the line, Weber gourmet burger seasoning. My cleaner shrimp instantly jumped to it as that little hungry thing does.
Hope y’all get a laugh and enjoy. I’ll fill you in tomorrow to let you know if my tank wipes lol.

EDIT:
If you notice In the third picture…. That’s where the seasonings go…. I guess it’s better my fish eat burger seasoning, than me season my burgers with fish food… also, I scooped up the seasoning as soon as I realized the mistake. My fish are fine… except the sailfin tang, I think he’s high

The tank as a whole should be fine if you removed it, but you might have big problems with the sailfin tang if it is acting strange. There is some really nasty stuff in seasonings, so be prepared to treat it if necessary. I'd set up a hospital tank for it just in case.

Also add good grade carbon to the tank for absorption.

Stuff happens. Only hope the coral didn't get a taste.
One poster had a cat use their tank as a toilet.

I've had weird things take place as well. I have a toddler. Carbon, skimmers, filter socks and the good ol water change is there to help!

Everyone should be fine!

I must be the only one who isn’t worried.

Sometimes fish eat toxic palys which amazes me.

Would be something, if you discovered a new Tonic for your Aquarium. Thinking Along the Lines of Garlic, Vodka and Hydrogen Peroxide Dosing.

Now for the big question, how does the fish food tastes like on the burger? I’m sure you did the reverse also :p
