I think this is a Green Star Polyp and if so why is it brown?

Take a look and let me know what you think. It used to be green but for the past 2 months it has been brown. I usually target feed reef roids.

What could be the issue. I loved it when it was green. I know it is not dying or it wouldn't have spread.

This pic is about a month old.

They may be a brown verity . Star polyps come in a few different color brown tan green hope that helps

It used to be green when I bought it. Nothing has changed except for the fact that I upgraded the filtration and to the inTank Media Basket.
