Just keep watch until you can confirm by sight and/or multiple behavior changes, as you mentioned, but prep for pulling all of them just in case.

All we have is a fish with a few spots and while I’m concerned, it doesn’t always lead to a full outbreak.

There may be a small white spot on it's body. Tough to tell. I added a 15 watt UV- using a fluval canister I had on my old tank. It's a hob so it makes a mess with the splashes but if it helps, it's worth it. Thx again for all the input. Still hoping for a good outcome. Time will tell.
