#3 just started growing. It’s about 1/2 to 3/4 inch across

Majano anemone which is considered pest anemone. Some people desire them as some have nice coloration

They are considered a pest because they do spread and sting corals. Not as bad as aptasia but still a nuisance.
Getting rid of it would be the same process as aptasia.
