Hi All, was doing a water change last night and noticed these spider / star creatures on the glass. Sorry tried to get as best pics as I could, but there were a lot. Hydroids or something worse? Let me know your thoughts and if I need to treat. In regards to corals in the tank I have 3 scolys, 2 torches, 2 hammers and 2 blastos (its a newer build so started off slow)

If they look like this, you're fine. They are probably scouting for food. They eat left over meaty foods, pods of all sorts.

If they don't look like this, try to get a better picture under white lights, if possible.

Picture is real blurry, you might try moving away from the glass then using the zoom function to get a closeup. My guess is going to be a tiny species of brittle star, beneficial.

Sorry about the pics, my camera just wouldn't focus on them. They are small, but abundant. Let me try to get some more pics under whites during next weeks water change. Appreciate everyones input thus far.

Pics extremely blue but I believe these are asterina starfish which are a nuisance in the manner that they multiply like mice and will take zoas down quickly

Thanks definitely not asterina's; have had those guys before. These have much thinner legs and look more like what Mibu posted but much smaller. Going to grab a magnifying glass and put them under white light to see if I can get better pics.
