ID small fan growing on sand bed

I have a deep sand bed in a aquarium that has been running for past 8 years and found these feather like things (very small) growing in a few spots that have some algae growing - they have been around for a few months now. I'm looking for a ID on the feather like things and the algae.

Can you post some pics under whites? The colors in the ones above make it hard to tell what's what.

That being said, have you looked up clove polyps to see if they match what you've got?
