It floats like pond scum on top of the fuge. Not a lot, not so much to be really concerned about but I would like to know.

Focus is as good as it is going to get unfortunately.

I'm not really sure based on the picture. But here is a link to common algae in a tank.
If you get an actual picture of the algae, I am sure someone can help.

The filaments are a green cyanobacteria. Cyano (and various other "scum") often forms a film at surfaces, when given the chance.
