We have recently made updates to our website's check-out process with regard to shipping.
The main purpose of this update is to remove the need to enter a promo code when an order qualifies for free shipping, i.e. when your order from The Vault, POTO Signature, and Fish in Stock is $250 or more.
Note that if you combine those items with your auction items, the order will ship free if you qualify for free shipping from above. Otherwise, you can still combine those items with auction winning into one order and pay one flat rate: $45 or $20 if you're in NY, NJ, CT.
We are aware that the option to pay shipping was not available to many auction winners last night. We have sent invoices out to those winners. We have extended the window to pay for your winning items from 24 hours to 48 hours this week to accommodate this inconvenience. Second Chances will start on Tuesday instead of Monday if there are still unpaid items.
The biggest change is where you will choose shipping date. And that is on the cart page. See below:
Note that during special sales events (Lightning Sale, Live Sale, etc), a low flat rate shipping charge applies to all orders regardless of order size and states.
