The event will be Saturday March 30th at Millwood Christian Church (3450 Pleasant Grove Road Rogers, AR 72756). We will open the doors for anyone that wants to bring tanks and sell/swap stuff that morning. We will open the doors for everyone a few hours later. Exact times TBD
We will have a raffle and I am working on getting us some cool stuff to raffle off. Tickets for the raffle will be sold, and all proceeds will go to the club.
There will be no entry fee or a fee for a booth/table. We are asking people that want to setup a booth/table to make a donation to the club. It can be an item for the raffle or just a donation.
If you plan on bringing a booth we ask that no metal halides be used for lighting and that you bring an extension cord (if possible).
Please let me know if you intend to bring a tank so that I can have an idea of how many to expect.
For those of us that will be attending we would also like to have a rough head count. Just post here if you would like to attend.
