Is this a good hitchhiker?

Hi,
We got a new coral today and it has 4 of these hitchhikers on it. What are they and can we keep them or should we dispose of them? Thanks for the help!!

There's probably more that you don't see. I just get the coral off and refrag it or glue it to another rock. I wouldn't even put that in my tank until its dead, which for me would be leaving it out to dry.
