Found a couple of these small little worm like things crawling around in the QT tank, thinking possibly a Medusa worm of sorts?
many one able to confirm or deny the ID?

Because of what appears to be a white stripe near the head, my initial impression is a small bobbit worm

If it is a bobbit, do any of them stay small like this? This one is probably an inch in length. Are any ok as CUC Or are they a kill them all kind of HH?
I assume these came from a friends tank who we took all his livestock which is what’s in the QT now. I dipped all the corals in Bayer, but the only thing I wasn’t able to dip was the GIANT clam, which did get FWE but not Bayer
