Is this Aiptasia?

it seems to come only at night. It is translucent, very small, fans out like Aiptasia and comes out of a white cylinder thing. I’m posting two videos, very hard to get a good picture of it. there are two of them. They are on a small rock which would be easy to toss If there is any concern that is what it is. In this video, I had to put the rock in the middle of the tank where there is more flow so it’s hard to see it “fan out” as it’s getting pushed by the current. If definitely hides if I poke at it.
