It says "Some restrictions apply", but there is no link outlining the restrictions. I made my selections and went to check out and only about half of my order had the promo code applied to it. That was a bummer.

Usually anything in clearance isn’t allowed to have further discount applied. Problem is that clearance stuff gets mixed in with standard stuff so hard to know what you are gonna pay til you check out
