Yes, it'll need a timer for on/off and color would be by a manual dial. They make a kessil controller too, I have one I just didn't list it yet. If you have an apex you can control it w that too.

The kessil one? Like $60 or so, they aren't a lot. It's sort of like the size of a phone, maybe smaller.
