Kessil gooseneck mounting?

I have a kessil gooseneck mount i got used and im wondering if i use the block included for an aqeuon tank. If i take the block off i can put it on while on the tank possibly. Im wondering how others mount kessil to aqeuon tanks

those mounts are generally designed for rimless tanks. You could turn it around so that the plastic screws go under the internal rim which should be a better fit.

Yea i was worried about that. Not sure how to mount a kessil on this tank wothout building something off the stand or cieling which id love to avoid. Ill see if your idea works

you could use the block. turn the mount around and it may fit under the rim. didn't have an aqueon, but my tank had a small rim and that's what I did.

looks good to me, as long as it feels sturdy, I'm assuming the single fixture you're mounting should be fine
