Just received a 6-month reagent supply and in one of the boxes, Reagent A seems to have leaked a little. Is this cause for concern?

Shouldn't be. Possibly contact the seller to see if it can be swapped out for a new one

Also what is the point of the plastic bag? Aren't the reagents supposed to be in the plastic bag when shipped? In all 3 boxes, none of the reagents were in the plastic bag.

It’s not a plastic bag, it’s a piece of bubble wrap to keep the bottles from shifting.
