Little white growths on live rock

These are growing on my rock, just wondering what they are and if they are safe. Thanks in advance

Looks like pineapple sponges.

They shouldn't cause any problems and will likely go away on their own.

I’d second pineapple sponges. I have a number of them as well. I leave them there. The link below is an article that provides some additional information.
