Logging all the livestock

I know this sounds simple to most but I have severe ADD and ADHD and cant figure out a good way to create a binder for all the coral, frags, fish, etc. Any suggetions would be helpful. Its more of an information book I am trying to put together for my tank. Thanks in advance!

you could log them based on;
where you got them
when you got them
what type of coral
what type of care does it require

then order in alphabetical or in order of when you got them

edit: excel, google drive, onenote are some options to use
