I'm looking for an app or program which will allow for 2 people in different countries to monitor the same tank ...is this possible at all ...

I assume that last word was “monitor”?

Any good controller, for example Apex, has internet connectivity and can be accessed from anywhere. You can share permissions as well to let the other person view, control, program, etc.

For example I let my Dad “view” from his account, but he does not have the ability to change any of my programming.
