Any way to resurrect magnesium chloride, back to usefulness?

I just go in and break up or shave off what I need with a long metal spoon! Probably a better way but it dissolves just fine in water.

I suppose if i added water it would get saturated at some point, and could use this solution very carefully.

Yes, that’s an option. Hearing the water will dissolve a bit more. Then the excess will recrystallize and you will know it is saturated.
