Market place topics showing up in recent topics

Has something changed in the last couple of weeks on how the topics are listed? I don't remember market place topics showing up in the recent topics section. Maybe I've just never noticed.

Its new, they did not normally show up there. I don't like it because its bumps reef topics down and off the list and there is no point because they still show up in the market place topic area, I hope they get rid of it and put it back to normal.
