Got a reply back from Dave the other day, see below....I emailed Larry and haven’t heard back, so, it seems no one knows

I do not, RCS runs the swaps, and does not pre-register guests or vendors. Commercial vendors are supposed to contact me for permission, but I do not hear from most of them at this point, as they have been given permission or been denied in the past. We try to keep our swaps as hobbyist events, without commercial vendors, which has become increasingly difficult as the hobby has changed. Your best bet is to reach out to Larry Flint at RCS, he would have a better idea for who is attending. Other than Jason Fox, I have not talked to any other named vendors for this show.
