Greetings all,
Currently treating my 29 dt + 20 sump for Bryopsis with FluxRx (thus far, has worked WAYYYY better than ReefFlux btw, don't waste your money lol).
Anyways, my coral NO3 uptake has become (unknown to me until last week) enough to cause my KH to raise from mid 9's to upper 10's, occasionally hitting 11, over the course of 7-10 days. So, water change in order to keep the KH down.
Going forward I will test/dose NO3 every couple days in order to keep it up and prevent such a large rise in KH.
This being said, I can go about 7 days between water changes. Normally do ~4 gallons, but did ~8 gallons pre-treatment last week, in the hopes of dropping KH.
Question:
If an UNAVOIDABLE water change was performed ~1/2 way through the FluxRx treatment process (replacing ~17% of the tank's total water volume), would the corresponding re-dosage of Fluconazole be:
a. Equal to the amount of water replaced
b. "a"/ 2 (dose for half of water replaced, given ~1/2 through treatment)
c. 2 × "a" (dose for twice the amount of water replaced, given the effectiveness of the Flux is cut from an early water change)
