Attached is a recording and a couple pictures of my mushroom. It looked fine for the past three months and all of a sudden obviously did a small water change. I have a 11.3 AIO. Checked all the parameters everything is fine. 30 minutes later all of a sudden it’s doing this. What is happening? I’m trying to post a video in a pic, so if it doesn’t attach this time I’ll try again.

Ok. After I posted this question, I found lots of info on this. In my situation, I ticked it off with my water change. It was stressed and about 30 mints later it sucked all it’s guts back in and hopefully he will be fine. Here is a current photo. All fine……I think.
