It's called weird! LOL
I have seen ricordea do that.
It's pretty cool.
That is only my guess based off of coloration the non inflated tentacles and the coloration and look the green mouth.

The only reason that I didnt say St Thomas mushroom was because I don't recall ever seeing them with any deflated tentacles. That was indeed my initial thought though
