I need help deciding what lighting to put on my 144g half moon fish tank. I used to run

MH 48" Metal Halide T5 Aquarium Light 716W Coral Reef Marine LED 2x 250W Bulbs

But these have continuously broke and lose intensity overtime..

The dimensions of my tank are
144-Gallon 60″Lx30″Wx24″H

Another thing.. i don’t want to hang from the ceiling, i want to mount on my tank. I don’t mind taking the expensive route, as long as the PAR can reach maxima clams on the sand-bed

Take a look at Reefbreeders.
I am going to run 2 50's on my 60×30×22. I can get over 400par on the bottom if needed.
They come with legs to mount on the tank if needed.

Are those the same leg mounts that come with the lights? And how far out do they extend?

They sat on top of the tank, the previous lights i mentioned in my post had mounts and i could angle them to sit perfectly on my tank

I would go with two Maxpect Jump

You should have a canopy since it's Half moon, if not I would go with two Maxspect Jump 65w Blue 2nd edition updated App, they have a real nice adjustable spectrum with schedule and wide coverage, about $195 each, but after using it a while you will probably make up your own spectrum and schedule, this lamp is a lot of fun.

8"either side.. 16 total.. Suggest the v50...

47.5 plus 16.
63.5" approx.

Not seeing how one can angle them but????

Now rimmed (assumed) or rimless?
Just to add info.
