These are oxygen bubbles caused by algae, possibly micro algae like diatoms

Do you have microbubbles in the tank?
You should be able to break them up with GENTLE blasts from a turkey baster

I don’t have any micro bubbles in the tank. And yes it can be easily break up with turkey bastler. But it will come back after an hours. It will disappear when the light is off.

Try reducing white intensity slightly and increase glow a little
I believe these are gas bubbles

The tank is up and running for almost 8 or 9 month.
It's pearling air bubbles on what ever type of algae is growing on your rocks. Your tank goes through a variety of evolutions the first year. Had it in mine early on also.

Can you see diatoms without a microscope?
