What do you consider "midsized"?
I have 2 wav pumps and a mp40
When(or if) I get my 150g, I plan on putting the MP40 in the middle back facing straight forward and the 2 wav right next to the MP40. The left facing the left panel and the right facing the right panel. They should all bounce off the panels and meet in the front middle. All the pumps on random mode.

Currently working on my next build, 60x30x22, I wil use 2 Tunze 6255's mounted on Sea Sweeps.
Should be all I need as Im going to try it as opposed to running multiple, 6 powerheads on my old 120.
Sea sweeps will be attatched to the euro bracing so no pumps mounted on the glass and no wires in the tank except 2 going through the sweeps
I will start a build thread in a few months. I have all equipment except the tank.

I designed and created my own return adapters because the ones that came on my Tideline AIO 62G Lagoon stopped spinning and I wanted to be able to control the direction of the flow. Check it out!

I started designing and 3-D printing accessories for my own tank and decided to make the accessories available to other hobbyists. Since I've got a Tideline myself, many of my products are built to fit the Tideline AIO aquariums. https://maddreef.com

I would just toss her in and let her thrash about to move the water. It would be fun and I think she would like it better than making commercials.;)
