Neon Green Cabbage Leather - Hole in the middle?

My Neon Green Cabbage Leather developed a "hole" in the center.
Something fell in to the middle that I didn't noticed until it was too late.

What's the best way to frag this?
I think I could divide into 6-8 sections.
Should I cut between the elevate folds?

I can't help you with the fragging tips; however, my cabbage had something fall on it and also developed a hole. Within a month or so I noticed it was filling back in. Now, there's no way to even tell it had happened to begin with.
