This is a highly debatable topic. Some believe in only a fish less cycle for
up to 4 months. Others are instant tank setup people. Both have been very successful. you can add fish now I would stick to a couple small hardy fish like a clown or chromis or even a couple mollys. They will survive in a salt water tank. And add a bottle of starter culture like Dr Tim’s or fritz turbo start or the like. And add a couple fish. Other wise break out your test kits and throw in some food to decay. After about 3 days start testing every day till you ammonia level spikes and then drops back down and your nitrate level comes up and levels off. Then you will be cycled.
