New in Box Eshopps S300 Skimmer

I have an Eshopps S300 skimmer new in box, never used.

When I opened the box I did notice one of the pieces that holds the pump in place is broken, but the pump still firmly clips in place.

Here is a photo of the broken mount that holds the pump in place, despite missing the clip on the top right the pump still holds securely.
