New regal tang with white spot

Hi I have a baby regal tang in my breeder box for about a day or two and he has got white spot. Shall I put the white spot cure in or leave hime because it’s new tank stress that’s caused it and happens with all my regals I add. So shall I add the white spot cure or not

It is literally 3 dots 2 on one side one on the other I think
Can be many things and will need pics and under bright white lighting. Also see if they increase in number over the next 24 hours. Can be simple grains of sand

Like what information I will have to get a picture tomorrow definitely I will hold him in my hand and show. I can’t get one today because I’m at my family’s house
